Registration Instructions

1. Registration form

Please fill in the On-line Registration Form.  After that, you can log in to your personal account, where you can submit the information about your contributed talk and/or poster. A registration fee must be paid, as explained below. Please fill in the form to select the excursion on Wednesday afternoon and let us know if you will take part in the conference dinner.  For payment see below.

2. Registration fees

The registration fee for the conference includes the abstract booklet, proceedings volume, the welcome reception on Sunday evening, the morning and afternoon coffee breaks, conference bag and conference poster. They amount to:

Early Registration Fee (before June 10th)   CLOSED
     300 Euros
Late Registration Fee (after July 1st)   CLOSED
      350 Euros
Dolphin & whales watching trip (before July 1st)       50 Euros
Teide National Park excursion (before July 1st)       10 Euros
Conference Dinner (before July 1st)       50 Euros

To be fully registered you must fill out the registration form and pay de registration fee. If fees are not paid by July 1st, then your name may be dropped from the list of registered participants to enable other people to attend.  Payment of the registration fee must be in Euros.

Receipts will be included with registration packets at the Registration Desk, upon your arrival.

 

Payment options include:

Credit card: The accepted credit cards are VISA and MASTERCARD and will be processed the day after the deadline expired. Please print out the Credit Card Payment Form, fill in all the applicable fields with capital letters, and submit it by Fax: +34 922 605 298 or e-mail: iaus283@iac.es, indicating the number of the accompanying person(s), if any. 

Bank transfer: Please note that the bank transfer has to be free of charge for the receiver.

QUOTE YOUR NAME and the reference: IAUS283 with your bank transfer.

3. Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your registration, the LOC must have received your written request by June 15th at the latest for a full reimbursement of registration costs (mail to: iaus283 at iac dot es).  Refunds will be given, less a 25 Euros processing fee, until July 1st, 2011, no refunds will be possible after that date.

4. Privacy policy

 We have set up the following rules to handle personal information:

  1. We guarantee that we will use this information only for registration purposes
  2. We guarantee that we will not disclose your personal information.

All personal data will be held in the Identity Data Verification System according to the Royal Decree 522/2006, 28 April, B.O.E. May 9th. Law 15/1999 for the Protection of Personal Data).
