The IAC continually develops projects and initiatives for education services and the general public: hosts conferences and organises competitions and scientific and technological exhibitions, participates in international education campaigns, meetings* and in educational projects with telescopes.

Some of these projects have produced videos, cd-rom as Odyssey in space-time, Relativity videos or other educational resources on the internet.
