Instructions for running CIA at IAC:

You have to call the UNIX script /net/penca/iso_iac/cia/cia, which 
will start IDL and then CIA. 

Alternatively, you could set an alias in your .cshrc file like the following: 
   alias cia '/net/penca/iso_iac/cia/cia'

The current version of CIA is OCT98 if you want to run previous version do
instead: 
   alias cia '/net/penca/iso_iac/cia/cia.JUN98'
