The sample is complete down to 0.25 Jy at 408MHz and the luminosities are one to two orders of magnitude weaker than 3C and 4C objects. The quasars have redshifts in the range 0.5 - 2.5 and radio maps and deep optical images are available for all of them. The main objetive is to analyse the radio-IR-optical spectrum of radio quasars and provide a first view of the far-infrared continuum for a complete sample of low-luminosity radio-loud quasars. The sample is ideal to complement and extend other ISO projects addressed to study the IR properties of powerful radio sources and characterize the low-luminosity end of the radio quasar population.
