Instructions for running PIA at IAC:

You have to call the following UNIX scripts, which will start IDL and then PIA:
 /net/penca/iso_iac/pia/pia          (officially released version of calib. files)
 or  /net/penca/iso_iac/pia/pia_new  (most recent version of calib. files but not officially released), 
  
Alternatively, you could set an alias in your .cshrc file like the following: 
   alias pia '/net/penca/iso_iac/pia/pia [pia_new]'

The current version of PIA is 7.3.1. If you want to run a previous version (v7.2) do instead: 
   alias pia '/net/penca/iso_iac/pia/pia72/pia'
   
 
You can also customize PIA for running under a different directory structure than the default one.
In this case the file pia_envi must be modified accordingly and placed in one of the directories 
specified below. This file will be searched following this order:
 1 - the directory where PIA will be started
 2 - the directory which is referenced by the enviroment variable PIA_LOC_IND (if defined)
 3 - the directore $HOME/pia (if exist)
