General information
The proceedings for the meeting will be edited by Terry Mahoney and published
in CD-ROM format in 2002 by the IAC.
Deadline for manuscripts
Monday, 2 September 2002.
Instructions to authors

Please prepare your contribution in the form of separate files for text
and illustrations.

The text file must be prepared in either LaTeX or Word. If you cannot prepare
your text in these formats, then a plain ASCII file will do.

Use 12pt character size.

Both American and British spelling are acceptable, but not a mixture of
both! For American spelling follow Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary.
For British spelling use the Concise Oxford Dictionary.

If your contribution is to include sound or video, please contact Terry
Mahoney at tjm@ll.iac.es.

As is normal for proceedings, authors are expected to transfer copyright
to the publisher (the IAC in this case). If you are a US Government employee
or your contribution includes sound or video from broadcast TV or radio
programmes, please contact Terry Mahoney to discuss the question of permissions.

Delivery of manuscripts
DON'T email your files! Send them via anonymous ftp to: ftp.iac.es. The
proceedure is as follows

Write 'anonymous' as your username and your email address as your password.

Go to the directory incoming
-
create a subdirectory called by your surname followed by your initials
(all lower case and without stops, slashes, etc.).

Enter this subdirectory.

Dump your files there, without compressing them.

IMPORTANT: Email commast@ll.iac.es to confirm that you have deposited the
files at the IAC's ftp site (which is regularly cleared automatically).
