AUTHORS' INSTRUCTIONS
The proceedings of the meeting will be published as a volume of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific Conference Series and will be edited by F. Garzón, Carlos Eiroa, Dolf de Winter and T. J. Mahoney. Full instructions on how to prepare your contribution are given in the ASP authors' manual (newpaspman.tex) and the asp style file (newpasp.sty), available by following the instructions given in:

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The scientific value of a conference proceedings is enhanced by publication as soon as possible after the meeting. It is the editors' firm intention to publish the proceedings within six months of the end of the meeting. To meet a publication date of July 2000 the deadline will be set for
30 April 2000.
This deadline will be strictly adhered to.
COPYRIGHT RELEASE
Authors must sign a copyright release form for their contributions to be published by ASP.
If your contribution includes any tables, diagrams, etc., already published elsewhere, please indicate this in your contribution with the following (or a similar form) of wording: "With the kind permission of [name of copyright holder].
