The Centro de Astrofísica en La Palma (CALP) is the other main office of the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC). It contains offices and facilities for astronomers and staff responsible for telescope management, a library, meeting rooms and computer and telecommunications equipment. The CALP also houses the offices of the Gran Telescopio CANARIAS and the Magic Collaboration, as well as the LaPalma supercomputer, one of seven nodes of the Spanish Supercomputing Network.
The Centro de Astrofísica en La Palma (CALP) is located at Calle / Cuesta de San José, (Locality: San Antonio) in the municipality of Breña Baja, on the Island of La Palma (Spain).

Taxis and car hire are available at the airport. There are also buses, but there is no direct connection to CALP.
