Welcome to my homepage!

I am an IAC Generic research fellow. I study star formation and feedback on cloud scales and larger in nearby galaxies using a full-spectrum approach from radio to X-rays. In my research,  different thermal and nonthermal processes in the interstellar medium are taken into account because I believe this is very important addressing the energy balance, structure formation,  and finding the major factors regulating star formation and evolution of galaxies. I have been involved in several large international collaborations related to Spitzer, JWST, Herschel (such as HerM33es and KINGFISH), LOFAR MKSP, as well as the SKA science working group 'Continuum' I have led the International projects on the JVLA and GMRT Radio Surveys of M33, and the APEX sub-mm survey of the barred galaxies.
