La Gomera is one of the smallest islands of the Canaries. It can be reached by air or by sea. The airline Binter Canarias (Iberia group) has two daily flights from Tenerife to La Gomera and another two daily flights from Gran Canaria to La Gomera. These flights last approximately 30 minutes. The company Fred Olsen runs 4 daily ferrys from Tenerife to La Gomera. The duration of the trip by sea is one hour.

The meeting venue is the Parador Nacional de La Gomera http://www.parador.es/. This 4 star hotel is located in San Sebastian, the capital city of La Gomera Island. The meeting will start on June 10th at 9 am, and will finish on June 12th at noon.
