Opening hours

Free access during working hours for IAC staff authorized visitors.

Library staff available: from 8 AM to 3:30 PM  (16/09-14/06) and from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM (15/06-15/09)

  • Consultation of books and journals in reading rooms.

  •  Books loan (IAC staff and authorised visitors only)

  • Photocopier/scanner in the library hall (free access)

 

Books' loan 

  • To borrow a book, fill in the loan card (inside the book) and leave it in the box outside the Librarians’ office.

  • To return a book, hand it in to the Library staff.

  • If you lend a borrowed book to another user, please inform Library staff.

  • Return all borrowed books when you are leaving the IAC for more than two months or definitively.

 

  • Any borrowed item must be returned in less than 24 hours at the request of Library staff.

  • Respond to loan controls within the deadline.

  • Put publications back on the shelf in their correct place after consulting them.

  • Never take journals out of the Library
