The Canary Islands Digital Innovation Hub (CIDIHUB) is part of the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) network promoted by the European Commission, whose objective is to accelerate the digital transformation of companies and public administrations across Europe through the deployment and effective adoption of advanced technologies. In this new phase, CIDIHUB 2.0 is strengthening its role as a reference node in the Canary Islands within the European network, aligning its activities with the European Union's strategic priorities for the development and deployment of artificial intelligence, as set out in initiatives such as the AI Continent Action Plan.
  
Established as a consortium of specialized organizations and technology centers, CIDIHUB acts as an open innovation platform that provides SMEs, startups, and public administrations with access to expert knowledge, technological infrastructures, experimentation environments, and advanced capabilities in areas such as artificial intelligence, data analysis, cybersecurity, and high-performance computing. Within the framework of CIDIHUB 2.0, there has been a significant increase in the number of pilot projects and demonstrators based on artificial intelligence, promoting practical experimentation with solutions applied to strategic sectors in the archipelago and enabling organizations to test before investing in emerging technologies.

Our commitment is to help the Canary Islands consolidate a prominent position on the European digital innovation map, enabling companies and public administrations to incorporate artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies into their processes, products, and services, thereby generating new opportunities for economic growth, institutional modernization, and value creation in the knowledge economy.
