Description

The PILAR-IAC-Europa project pursues 3 objectives:

1. Creation, consolidation and training of a specialised support structure in the form of the European Programmes Section (SPE) within the Institutional Projects Office of the IAC.

2. A significant increase in the participation of the IAC and its associated entities (IACTEC/Starlight Foundation/Gran Telescopio de Canarias) in European projects and programmes, with special emphasis on Horizon Europe.

3. Training of IAC researchers and staff in preparation and participation in European and international projects.
