Description

In order for Spanish society to become better acquainted with the GRAN TELESCOPIO CANARIAS (GTC) Project - the first "great science" project led by Spain - the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Government of the Canary Islands, participants in GRANTECAN, the public company that builds this telescope, jointly presided over an Act of Presentation of this project in Madrid. This presentation took place last April 19, in the Assembly Hall of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC), organized by the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC).
