Description
The design and construction of an asteroid-borne giant optical
telescope, and a multi-antenna ultra long baseline free-flying radio
interferometer are described. The large scale and extreme tolerance of
each instrument will require fabrication in space from nonterrestrial
materials, and novel features of optical design. Details of the
capabilities and operational requirements of the completed telescopes
are given.
