  • TOI-269 b: an eccentric sub-Neptune transiting a M2 dwarf revisited with ExTrA
    We present the confirmation of a new sub-Neptune close to the transition between super-Earths and sub-Neptunes transiting the M2 dwarf TOI-269 (TIC 220 479 565, V = 14.4 mag, J = 10.9 mag, R ⋆ = 0.40 R ⊙, M ⋆ = 0.39 M ⊙, d = 57 pc). The exoplanet candidate has been identified in multiple TESS sectors, and validated with high-precision spectroscopy

  • Time-resolved Low-resolution Spectra of BLAP-009 and BLAP-014
We present time resolved low resolution spectra of BLAP-009 and BLAP-014 collected with SPRAT on the Liverpool Telescope. The spectra were median-stacked in four ranges of phase. It was intended to note the variation in the shape of the helium absorption lines as a function of phase, but they do not appear to vary with time in low resolution

  • The TESS Objects of Interest Catalog from the TESS Prime Mission
We present 2241 exoplanet candidates identified with data from the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) during its 2 yr Prime Mission. We list these candidates in the TESS Objects of Interest (TOI) Catalog, which includes both new planet candidates found by TESS and previously known planets recovered by TESS observations. We describe the

  • The origin of bulges and discs in the CALIFA survey - I. Morphological evolution
This series of papers aims at understanding the formation and evolution of non-barred disc galaxies. We use the new spectro-photometric decomposition code, C2D, to separate the spectral information of bulges and discs of a statistically representative sample of galaxies from the CALIFA survey. Then, we study their stellar population properties

  • The nuclear stellar disc of the Milky Way: A dynamically cool and metal-rich component possibly formed from the central molecular zone
Context. The nuclear stellar disc (NSD) is, together with the nuclear star cluster (NSC) and the central massive black hole, one of the main components in the central parts of our Milky Way. However, until recently, only a few studies of the stellar content of the NSD have been obtained owing to extreme extinction and stellar crowding. Aims: We

  • The Intermittent Extreme Behaviour of BL Lac 1ES 2344+514
The BL Lac object 1ES~2344+514 was one of the first sources to be included in the extreme high-peaked BL Lac (EHBL) family. EHBLs are characterised by a broadband spectral energy distribution featuring the synchrotron peak above $\sim 1$ keV. 1ES~2344+514 was detected in very-high-energy (VHE) gamma rays for the first time by the Whipple telescope
