The goal of this agreement focuses on the site design and other complementary studies, required to finalize the Cherenkov Telescope Array Northern Observatory in its final configuration.  For this purpose, the set of Medium Size Telescopes (MST) must be enhanced from the original set of 5 corresponding to the threshold configuration, to a set of 9 MST telescopes for the final configuration,
