Velocity measurements of disk integrated sunlight obtained by GOLF experiment aboard SOHO are used to find the parameters of solar p-modes (l <= 3 and 9 <= n <= 26) allowing the comparison of mode parameters at maximum and minimum of the solar activity. Series of data are taken at two different epochs: 1996 and 2000. A clear shift in frequencies have been detected in agreement with previous works. No change in the splittings has been obtained at maximum and minimum. Also the ratio between component's power in a given multiplet has been calculated for modes l = 2 and l = 3.
